What we collect

Emails you send us. If you email the desk, we process your name, email address and message to reply and, where relevant, to check facts. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

The dispatch tool. The contact form runs entirely in your browser. Text you type is not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.

Server logs. Our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and to keep the site running. These logs are retained for a limited period.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, or longer if needed for a published correction or legal claim.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions (such as email and hosting) or where required by law.

Your rights
